Whether you are organising a wedding, private party or corporate event our gorgeous mobile bar will provide you with plenty of incredible photo opportunities, lots of mingling and plenty of smiles and laughter! Our original 1970s caravan has been lovingly converted into a fully loaded mobile bar that can serve absolutely everything from draught ales to delicious cocktails.

Located in wonderful Worcestershire, we travel to where the party takes us. Providing a totally bespoke service to suit your event's requirements. Our mobile caravan bar is an absolute WOW factor guaranteed to make your event even more memorable!

Our staff are super friendly and talented and will ensure your guests are happy and hydrated at all times! 

Each package includes the following...

Set up & Pack down

We arrive at least one hour prior to your event so we have plenty of time to set up and be ready to serve at the allocated booking time. We simply request that we have room to setup and unload and that the electrical plug in point is easy to locate.

Staffing

A minimum of 2 qualified staff per event.

Glass & Serving ware

We provide plenty of reusable plastic glasses for your event of various shapes and sizes. They are kinder to the environment and ensure no broken glass at your event. We also provide the ice.

Cocktails

4 cocktails of your choice and 2 signature shots.

Travel

Travel is free of charge within 10 miles of Bromsgrove. After that a delivery fee is applicable.

DRY BAR
 

This hire includes the bar which is fully equipped ready for service. You would stock all your own drinks and we will provide you with the staff to serve them on the day of your event. 

 

Hire £600 plus travel

 

 

CASH BAR

 

The bar will arrive fully stocked with a wide range of drinks and our experienced bar staff. We will take care of the licensing application if one is required. You can if you wish place an amount behind the bar to contribute to the minimum spend and provide your guests with a partial free bar. 

 

Hire £250 plus travel

TAB BAR

 

This is for hosts that would like to provide complimentary drinks for their guests. We will provide you with an accurate breakdown of drinks for you at the end of the event.

BOHO FURNITURE HIRE

 

We can provide a beautiful boho seating area by the bar for your guests to enjoy. With a gorgeous selection of wicker and cane furniture with rugs, lanterns and tables to compliment the bar.

Hire £100

The hire includes 4 hours hire unless requested for longer for an additional charge of £50 per hour. This will include a minimum of 2 members of professionally trained staff. Travel is free within is 10 miles from Bromsgrove then charged at £1.50 per mile after.

FAQS

Do you travel? We are based in Worcestershire but we do love a road trip and will happily travel to your event. Our standard pricing includes free delivery within 10 miles of Bromsgrove, then charged at £1.50 per mile there after.

Do you supply alcohol? With both our cash bar and tab bar options we supply the alcohol. If it is dry hire then you would supply your own.

Do you need access to power or water? We do not need water to operate our mobile bar. If you have access to water tap it is useful to us, if not let us know and we will bring water with us for our ice machine and washing up. However, we do require access to power for our fridges, draught and lighting. 

Where can you host a party? We usually operate on private properties and venues. If you want to set up the caravan on a public space, this is also an option. You will be responsible for obtaining the relevant permissions and permits from the council.

Can you provide a Temporary events notice? Yes we can totally apply for this for you for a fee of £25.

How many guests do you serve? Our standard package is based on up to 100 guests, above this we will charge £30 per hour per additional 50 guests, to cover additional staff needed and glassware.

Do you do table service? We prefer to serve from our caravan bar. Boho Bar is a stand up bar style service for your event. We love that this style of event encourages your guest to mingle with each other and it add to the ambience of your event. If you should need drinks pouring for speeches we are happy to offer this service within your package price.

How much alcohol do I need for the dry hire service?  Figuring out how much alcohol you will need is probably one of the toughest parts of your event planning, but don't worry - we are here to help you! We can provide you with a guide that will assist you in calculating the amount of alcohol you need. Should you wish to add draught options to your dry hire we can arrange this for you, for an additional fee. Fee will depend on what you would like on draught.

What do I need to organise prior to the caravan arrival? Boho Bar requires just 2 things from the event host prior to our arrival on site. 

  • A flat and clear accessible site for the caravan and space to park our van.

  • Access to power

Do you have cancellation fees? Unfortunately we do. Once the booking is confirmed with the booking fee paid by you the date is yours and we decline any other enquiry, no matter how many we receive. Please note that booking fees are non-refundable.

If a cancellation is notified:

  • Within 30 days of the booked event, you will be liable for 25% of the total booking amount/minimum spend.

  • Within 14 days of the booked event, you will be liable for the total booking amount/minimum spend.

What about bad weather? In the event of rain or other weather conditions, it is your responsibility to make alternative arrangements and advise us at least 48 hours prior to the event. We do not provide refunds in case of bad weather. 

Do you have public liability insurance? We certainly do.
